Catch and Release At this time of year at catch and release trout waters because of the temperature of the water and the oxygen levels it's best you don't lift the fish from the water at all. To release your trout without even touching the fish I suggest you try the Catch and Release tool from Stonefly which has two interchangeable heads and works a treat.
